Debra Forland, Principal Consultant
Debbie is a seasoned nonprofit leader known for her collaborative approach and her ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels to create lasting change. Her thoughtful problem-solving skills, facilitation of healthy conflict, and galvanizing leadership have supported the growth of numerous nonprofit organizations, both domestically and internationally. She is deeply committed to partnering with individuals and organizations to cultivate healthy, mission-driven cultures that strengthen leadership and ultimately benefit those they serve.
Debbie is a member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Mary- Hardin Baylor. She lives in Brenham, Texas with her husband, Dean, and enjoys spending time with their growing family.
